Fantastic ! very pleased w the vacation. Condo was generally great re location and view. Suggest a good carpet cleaning. Screen door and slider were a little sticky. Staff was lovely especially Hokulani. Coming back next year!

You won't be disappointed with this location with a beautiful front ocean view. Perfect for 2 people and the environment is clean gardens are well kept. Love the pool as most of the time you're with other adults but plenty of room for everyone.

I was referred to Kuleana Resort by a family member. The resort exceeded my expectations. The grounds are so incredibly beautiful and well kept. The room was nicely prepared when I arrived with no concerns whatsoever. Spending every morning or the patio overlooking the ocean was amazing. I had to go up stairs to my unit but just a handful, no issue at all. Parking was simple and always available. I will definitely be back!

Under the circumstances thing went pretty well. I have stayed there many times over the last two decades. My only complaint is there was no FASHLIGHT, or CANDLES In the room. I had an accident when a gust of wind slammed the screen door against my arm. I was grateful for the time share people for help because there was no one in your office to help. On the other hand I thought it was a wonderful thing for the get together by the barbecue on Thursday.

All the staff was very friendly and always nice to us. The apartment was clean and very nicely well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The view from our balcony was amazing! We could see turtles swimming in the ocean mostly every day ��
The pool was just a few steps away and super clean.
We would definitely book this apartment for our next vacation

The views from the unit were amazing and it isn’t he’s old reason we rented this unit. We were aware that there was just one window A/C unit which kept the room pretty cool but it was so incredibly noisy and it was not cool enough for us to sleep without it on unfortunately . The rest of unit was warm and there is no a/c. Just a fan which I know is something we would not want for our next rental. But it was a learning experience.
The unit has great views though! The staff was attentive when I asked for a replacement shower liner as the one in the unit needed replacing.

Kuleana has beautiful manicured grounds and a large crystal clear pool in a lovely location in Honokowai. And 413 is very comfortable with a view off the lanai that can’t be beat.

Overall place was decent. Located close to wonderful beaches and downtown Lahaina. The place itself was a little dated and the A/C was a tiny window unit that barley kept the bedroom cool. The living area stayed warm even with the other fans going. There were ants around the sinks in the house as well.

We stayed in condo 413. This condo is very close to the ocean and on the second floor. We could hear and see the waves. Beach chairs and towels in the unit. There are some stairs to get to the door and no elevators in the building. My partner and I are both senior citizens and managed the stairs and our suitcases without a problem. The condo was in good clean condition. Nice furniture and comfortable bed. Appeared more recently updated. There is AC but we never needed to use it. The complex was quiet and only noisy if someone was standing right in front of the condo door talking. No assigned parking spots but finding a place to park was not a problem. Natural food market and grocery store about a mile down the road. Would recommend the Fish Food store. We ate once at at the local food trucks and not impressed. This condominium complex is serious about requiring the wearing of masks while in the complex and parking enforcement. A secure building and we would stay there again. A small swimming beach and okay snorkeling. We never used the pool or the tennis courts.

Extended family vacation. All family members stayed at Kuleana. Reservations for condo were made over phone with very efficient/friendly representative who answered all questions and provided timely information. Check in and check out we’re seamless. Excellent management of property.
