Loved the location in Kihei - about halfway between anything we wanted to do. Short walk across the street to a quiet beach, property was easily accessible and quiet. Fabulous vacation!

Everything about the place was as advertised. It was nice to have individual split units in each room to cool the rooms quicker. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay was exactly what it was described as! Lovely condo, great location, kitchen was well stocked with cooking options! (There's even an air fryer!). We really appreciated that since we cooked all but 3 meals of our five day stay! Managers were quick to respond when we had a little issue! Lovely stay! Would absolutely stay again! The only con I can think of was that there was only 5 forks and six of us stayed there. ��. I'll take it it over any other problem to have! Mahalo!

Our group had an awesome stay at this Maui AirBnB! Excellent location for access to beaches, restaurants, grocery, excursions (snorkeling, whale watching, Mauna Kea, etc.), and pool access.

We loved our week-long stay at this condo! Check-in and check-out were fuss free and the host is easy to communicate with. 3 sleeping areas made it super convenient with 2 kids and 4 adults. The kitchen was well supplied and the whole place was very clean. Plenty of sheets, pillows, and towels provided. The location was super convenient - only 20 minutes to the airport (without traffic), 30 minutes from Lahaina, and 10 minutes or less to wonderful restaurants and plenty of shaved ice. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Note - Kalepolepo Beach, which is right across the street, ended up being our favorite beach out of all the ones we went to during our stay. It's nice and shady in the morning, the sand is super soft, and there are no waves to speak of because of the stone wall that breaks the waves. Even my two year old didn't get tumbled over in the water! Also a great place to watch the sunset.

Nice place but missing curtains on the floor to Celine windows going to to the patio. One bedroom is in the loft and the light streams in. Otherwise the place is nice and comfortable.

This place had plenty of room for the 6 of us and Sherry was responsive and very professional! The bus stop and the beach were right across the street! The property was clean and well maintained.

We came here for a celebration of life ceremony for my husband of 42 beautiful years. Our children and their spouses joined me along with our granddaughter. He was part Hawaiian and always wanted to be released in the ocean here. Our stay at your beautiful residence was absolutely wonderful from the decor to the pots and pans. Thank you so very much.

Rented the condo because it had 3 bedrooms, close to the beach, sand chairs, wagon and sand chairs.
The home was nice. But, when we arrived the smoke detector was disconnected, twin room no remote for the TV, master downstairs TV no outlet to plug it in, freezer door fell off, cabinet under the sink handle fell off. The repairs were made, which was nice.
Condo was clean, just needed to have repairs done.

We enjoyed our stay at Koa Resort 41! Excellent location & a short walk to a great beach! Condo was just as pictured and the areas that were updated were cute & well done. Would be nice if the upstairs loft area was enclosed so it would be a true 3rd bedroom, but we managed just fine. We were 4 adults, 2 singles & 1 couple. Fast response time from management! We would recommend this rental to others! Thanks for great accomodation!

Highly recommend this condo! Lovely complex right across the street from the beach. Everything was super clean and the condo has everything you need - the kitchen is very well stocked and there are beach/pool towels so no need to pack them in your luggage. Plenty of parking and we were able to walk to the grocery store. Sherry, the property manager, was easy to communicate with via text, and was able to let us in early. I would stay here again!

This unit has been very nicely updated. I've never been in a rental with such a well-stocked kitchen; even the knives were sharp! The decor is bright and the space is large enough for a small group. We were impressed with the way it was remodeled.

One con that should be improved: the only comfy place to sit in the unit was on the single couch. The other 3 'chairs' are papasans, which are not at all comfortable. Unless you are nostalgic for the 70s when you could curl up on these things as a kid...there is just no way to sit comfortably on them as an adult. When trying to read, or watch movies as a group, the only comfy spot was the couch; some folks had to sit in plastic chairs.

Also, when we first arrived, the complex felt a little schlumpy. The buildings really need to be painted, and felt old and dated.

One tip for future travelers: the beach (a 2 block walk) straight out from the unit is not great, but if you walk a couple blocks to the right (past the beachfront hotel), there is a protected space that's fantastic for kids (and there are turtles!), and a better beach to the right of that.

We enjoyed our time here.

The beds were great! It seems that's always an uncomfortable part of even a nice rental. Appreciate the investment in the beds! Well stocked kitchen. Issue with some items - toaster and screen door needed replacement - which was done relatively quickly.

Loved this place. Everything was updated and gorgeous. The bed upstairs in the loft was amazing. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

The place is fully equipped for a fun experience in Maui and we cannot have picked a better place to stay in during our stay in Maui. The place was really clean and well situated and my whole family enjoyed our time here!
