Kihei Beach Resort 302

We have stayed in this condo several time and have alwasys had a great stay. It view and location are great. If there is an issue all you have to do is call and someone responds and the issue is addressed.

Good-bad; Good: view and access to beach. Bad: no one on property to help. Parking problem. Unit dirty. Had to buy own toilet paper, paper towels, soap and no refills on shampoo, etc. Give it 3 stars.

Location was great, right on the ocean in Kihei. Location is great, not too far from anything on the south side of the island. Not too far from the north shore and getting to the west side is not bad at all. Great stay for our family.

We had a great time at the condo! The views from the balcony and front bedroom were amazing! The beach out front is a great walking beach but not so much for swimming due to the lack of clarity. The condo has easy access to shave ice, a local farmers market and an ABC store. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, cooler and volleyball. Thanks for a great time!

We had another great vacation from check-in to check-out. Some of the lawn furniture needs to be replaced but the general condition/maintenance of the property is great. Items provided, such as kitchen essentials and towels, in the unit were greatly appreciated. Some more glassware/plastic glasses could be added. The cleaning crew did a great job of keeping the unit cleaned and ready for each guest arrival!

Four guest for two weeks, suite had everything we needed and more. Amazing sunsets, great beach access. Communication was excellent which made check in easy. Prior to booking we arranged for a late check out as our flight wasn’t until evening. Super easy, no hassle and even received a reminder on our last day. Across the street is ABC store, market and Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice - the best! Would book again.

Beautiful setting overlooking the beach and ocean. We arrived right at sunset and the color just filled up the condo. You look directly out to the west and it was magical every evening. Mornings we spent drinking coffee on the balcony and watching whales jump and blow out in the water. Amazing. And the beach is right there so you can open the window and listen to the waves all night long. Building is located in North Kihei and is just enough out of the way to be quiet and private. Plus, its across the street from and ABC Store, Shave Ice and Bakery! Fresh, Hot Malasada's every morning! The condo was well furnished, clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Clean, great location, perfect for 2 couples, beautiful views and close proximity for walking on the beach. The sunsets were absolutely amazing!!!! Would love to come back and stay here again!

The rental process is very easy. We've vacationed many times at Kiehi Beach Resort through Destination Maui. We've stayed in #302 many times, but this time the unit looks worn and tired. The living room furniture is so uncomfortable and needs replacing badly. We won't be renting this unit again because of the uncomfortable seating. The grounds of the building aren't kept up as nicely as when Justin was the onsight manager. The stair wells are filthy and need steam cleaned. The new elevator is nice.

The condo was perfect. Twin beds were great for my 15 and 16 year old kids. Easy check in and out.

What seems like a "private beach"!! Crew team rowing everyday. ABC store, bakery, and farmers market right across the street!!

Definitely recommend!

The place is clean and organized . The view is spectacular . Then towels and linens are clean too. We found a tshirt and boxer shorts in one of the folding beach chairs . The place is right across ABC store ,shave ice and farmers market . The laundry place is very dirty . Wished the units washer and dryer worked and available for guests . Overall , we love the place and recommend to our friends

Great unit! Well stocked. We loved the location.,easy access to just about anywhere you wanted to go. We loved sitting on the Lani. ABC store, farmers market, bakery and icecream just across the road!

Mahalo Destination Maui Vacation! We had a really good experience staying at the Kihei Beach Resort. It was our first stay, and we are planning to come again. The condo was clean and prepared for us. The location in relation to all of Maui, Kihei Beach Resort is no ka oi; I don't think there is a better location on the island. The resort is simple but plenty good. It has great access to the highway, stores, and best of all, Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's Shave Ice. Mahalo nui!

Condo was exactly has stayed in the photos and descriptions. Clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, upgraded bathrooms. Beach chairs and coolers were very helpful to have. The roosters across the street crow at 4 am, so if you have the bedroom on the street side to be aware. Location was excellent. Beach was perfect, not so many people.

This unit has everything you need. Beach towels, beach chairs, washer and dryer, well-stocked kitchen. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We found it to be very quiet as well even though it's right along the busy South Kihei Road. Very convenient to have an ABC store, farmers market, bakery, and shave ice right across the street. There's a long stretch of beach for morning walks and enough waves for boogie boarding. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Always a fun, relaxing, and wonderful vacation location. The first time we stayed in these condos was in 1989, and have returned here every trip since. Great memories with family.

We loved your condo! Convenient location to beach and stores The place was well equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards I had an issue with one of the hair dryers and that was replaced immediately. The only issue I had was that the floors needed to be swept and mopped and the deck needed cleaning Other then that we would stay again. Thank y0u!

Отличные апартаменты для семьи из 4-х человек. В первый момент сам комплекс произвёл впечатление легкого налёта старости и мы уже было запереживали за наше жильё. Но когда попали внутрь, все оказалось очень даже не плохо. Хорошая Кухня со всем необходимым, холодильник с айсмейкером. Посуды очень много и хорошей посуды. Гостиной почти не пользовались, сидели почти всегда на балконе. Две спальни. Queen bedroom с огромной кроватью, где можно спать и втроём. Кровать очень удобная. И детская спальня с 2-мя кроватями. Белье чистейшее. 2 санузла. Несколько разбрызгивалась вода с ванной при queen bedroom. Стеклянная шторка не достаточна.. в апартаментах есть стиральная и сушильная машина.. не очень поняли зачем нам был далее код от прачечной. Мы пользовались стиральной машиной внутри. Была проблема со сливом воды на кухне. Но один звонок менеджеру решил все проблемы.. все мгновенно прочистили.. Никаких плохих домашних насекомых нами не было обнаружено, что замечательно! Очень пачкались полы.. было бы классно, если бы раз в 2-3 дня, проводилась уборка или была бы возможность ее заказать. Напротив здания с апартаментами, через дорогу, магазин ABC, фермерский рынок и Sugar cafe, где можно купить кофе и булочки. До больших магазинов придётся ехать. Пляж хороший, малолюдный. Бассейн чистый и хорош для детей. Шезлонги всегда были в наличии. Парковка обеспечена. Есть маленькая зона барбекю, но мы ей так ни разу не пользовались. В общем мы очень довольны нашим проживанием в Kihei Beach Resort.

My family had an absolutely wonderful time in #302 at the Kihei Beach Resort! The updated, well-appointed, two-bedroom condo had absolutely everything we needed in order to have a beautiful, relaxing vacation. That view from the balcony, overlooking the pool and the beach, was simply fantastic. The location was also perfect - a very central location to all of the sites and wonderful beaches.

It was the best location ever. Wonderful beach and right across from the farmers market, bakery and ululani’s. We also left some jackets there. The housekeeper turned them in and the company mailed them back to us. We thought we would never see them again.

The location was amazing. We really enjoyed being right on the beach, and the beach was beautiful and not crowded. Everything in the house was good except for the beds were very uncomfortable and very squeaky. My husband rolling over in bed caused the bed to squeak enough to wake us up. We ended up buying a mattress topper after the first couple of nights to make the bed a little more comfortable. Other than the bed the place was great!

I come to Maui for work and have yet to stay in north Kihei until this trip. I will stay here again every time! The location is nice and quite (south kihei is louder/more congestion) and you absolutely cannot beat the views! The unit was very clean and appreciated the in unit washer/dryer. Due to COVID, the main office was working limited hours, but they were able to work with me and my work schedule to get the required paperwork signed and parking pass. 5/5 great place all around!
