Terrific stay. On the beach, with terrific view of anchored yachts. The rental had everything we needed for the kitchen or beach. Even snorkels! The management company responded to our questions very promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we first walked into the unit we were pleasantly surprised with the welcoming vibe it had. There was soft hawaiian music playing on the TV and the view of the ocean from the living space and the lanai are amazing. It was equipped beyond our expections as well and neat and clean. It was a lovely beachfront place to stay on the quieter side of town and a wonderful bakery and shave ice right across the street. No complaints, extremely happy with our stay. Will return as soon as we can!

Everything was great except the folding bed, the unit could use a new one. We requested and got two foam pads but could not fold the bed.
Other wise everything was great. I am a frequent quest.

Our accommodations were clean and well-appointed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The managers were easy to work with and very helpful. I’d stay there again.

Our first experience with a “BnB” in Hawaii after 10+ stays at the resorts and we LOVED it! Great location for Haleakala Sunrise Bikes, Road to Hana and shopping in Lahaina. View from the balcony is EXACTLY what is pictured. Great communication with manager from the moment we landed until the day we left. Would recommend very highly to anyone! Mahalo...

Oven/Stove did not work correctly. Intermittent problems with burners and heat. Not possible to cook a meal. TV cable had intermittent issues as well. We were advised to "jiggle the wires behind the TV to get it to work. This was totally unsatisfactory. But, we were moved to another comparable unit and all was perfect. Would we recommend Unit 208? Emphatically not. It appeared the upkeep was lacking and there was very little attention to detail before renting the unit. Unit 503 (where we were moved to) was outstanding in every way. Wish we had known all this before booking. We very likely will not be back. So the first two days were dreadful. The second 8 days in a different unit were superb.

Our group of three enjoyed our stay. After a busy day, it was great to be able to relax on the balcony -- watch the sunset and listen to the waves. Also nice to have the small pool available. We appreciated the setup inside the condo as well with the stocked kitchen and the arrangement of living room and bedroom.

Great location, spacious, easy access, beachfront with amazing views and nice in unit amenities. The bed was comfy, but there was no lock in the bedroom window that anyone could access from the outside. I let the contact person know, and after 2 nights someone came while I was out and put a small piece of wood in the windowsill. I do think this needs to be addressed further, as there were some questionable people around the area and it didn't feel safe as a single traveler. The unit did have some visible water damage and a mildewy smell, but it wasn't terrible. The laundry room upstairs needs a serious update. I would revisit if the lock situation were properly addressed.

Sherry was helpful and accommodating from start to finish! She even suggested a referral for a wedding planner that was extraordinary! We will definitely return to this property again! If want the ocean as your backyard with a million dollar view we highly recommend this property!!!

We absolutely loved this location because it’s right on the beach. It’s across the street from our favorite bakery, The Sugar Beach Bake Shop and it’s quick access to Lahaina, Wailea and Paia. The unit is definitely dated inside with old furniture but we are almost never in there besides to sleep so it didn’t bother us. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was very relaxing, enjoying the walks on the beach and sunsets from our lanai. Walking distance for pastries and coffee in the mornings.

I work on Maui and have stayed here before. Lovely location and vibe. Just off the beach and a smaller property. Sadly, it was the epicenter for the Dec. 6 tropical storm that flooded all the bottom units. This unit was fine and actually housed many of the stranded renters from the bottom floor. What can be said about the people who stay in this complex? Amazing, kind, helpful, gracious people. I hope they can clean up the complex soon and get back to normal. I will stay here again and again!

The condo has everything we needed; a king size bed, air conditioning, full kitchen and balcony on a swimable/walkable beach. Sugar beach is a great beach, across the street from the condo was a nice farmers market try the fresh pineapple, an ABC store, an amazing bakery (macaroons, puffy donuts, quiche, mango bread, etc.) and a shaved ice place. The condo complex has a foot was and this condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler - everything you need for a day on the beach. The pool is small but just right. Shari the property manager was very responsive when we needed her. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit was in a great location and had a great view!
The kitchen and bath had recently been redone and looks good. The furniture and draperies are dirty and should be replaced. I was not comfortable sitting on anything including the cushions on the patio furniture.
The lady at the desk downstairs was more interested in her personal phone call than helping me get my car registered. Loved having the beach right there and thank you for having beach chairs in the unit.
There are many other properties that I would look at first before going back to this one.

Our experience was wonderful! This rental was perfect for a couple and everything you needed. You’re just steps away from the beach and right across the street from the best shaved ice around. The location couldn’t have been more perfect because you’re in the middle of the south side of the island, just a short drive to other great beaches and activities. Definitely recommend this place!

We called a little past 6 to get our door code that we didn’t receive and she was extremely rude & disrespectful. She acted like we were bothering her. I have never been treated so rudely. This will be our last time staying in this unit.

This was the second time staying here. It a great to stay, and relax. Beautiful scenery, when setting out on the deck. The full kitchen, was also a nice thing to have so you could do you own cooking and not have to eat everything at a restaurant.
the only thing, (in which they had nothing to do with at all) is another renter had 7 kids that were loud. every think was prefect.

Aloha! We really enjoyed our stay in this cute condo by the beach! I could have sat on the lanai all day and have been very happy. The condo was well equipped except for a bottle opener which we ran across the street and bought one, so convenient to have the stores so close. The coffee maker was broken and they delivered a new one immediately. Very beautiful and comfortable and relaxing vacation. Mahalo!

Everything was just as we imagined. We have stayed at the KBR in the past and this was the first time that we used the beach in front of the property. We had a party of 22 and it made it easy to spend time together. The winds picked up around Noon everyday and we would move to the pool. I don't have much to complain about, but one thing that I would suggest is providing a mop or a swifter wet jet to deal with the floors. Other than that it was great.

My daughter and I rented room 208. It was just like it said. On the ocean. It was very spacious. I want to make sure I write about the bed and pillows. I have been in a horrible accident that run my neck. At home I am adjusting my pillow all night and my back always hurts. I was a little nervous when I was there the first night because the bed was so soft with the pillow cushion on top. I woke the next morning and nothing hurt. The pillow also was amazing. I did not have to adjust it in my head and neck did not hurt at all. I want to know where she bought that pillow! And what type of bad that was! It was amazing and I felt so good. I loved the Decour of the Condo and the kitchen was beautiful with the countertop choice. Everything was wonderful there. The only complaint I would have is it was really hard to ever communicate with the front desk. Their hours are short and they don’t respond to anything. Luckily I never had to have their help. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful and perfect for long walks. We went swimming in front of the condo and it was wonderful. Lots of things to watch in the ocean such as kayakers and paddle boaters. The grounds were clean and nice. My only complaint with the entire building was the stairwells. Full of bugs and when it rained all puddles. Other than that it was nice.
