Wonderful stay for our family of 6, we loved the rental unit which was very clean upon arrival and felt like home right away. Plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs, fluffy towels provided, and a wonderful location (warning: the malasadas across the street at Sugar Beach Bakery are incredible!)and great pool downstairs too. Being steps away from the beach was a big plus, and a close drive to many beaches in Kihei or 10min drive to many restaurants and stores in Kihei and 15min drive to Kahului. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

We've been staying at Kihei Beach Resort for over 10 years, every time we visit Maui it's our first choice of rentals. The location is absolutely amazing (right on the beach, plus ABC store, Ululani's Shave Ice, and a farmers market right across the street!), and the managers are always helpful and kind. The condos are always clean and in great shape, and if there are every any issue the managers are super responsive. I can't recommend this place enough, we'll never stay anywhere else on Maui!

The view was lovely. Unfortunately weather was unkind. The decor looked awful and old.The fire alarm went off continually so we took the batteries out. Although we reported it, the batteries weren’t replaced.we left on the 4th day and moved to the Andaz.

No issues at all with this property. All booking correspondence was prompt and efficient and the property was as described. We arrived on a late flight (2am) but had no issue checking in thanks to a pre arrival text with maps and a door code. The condo was well equipped with everything needed for a two week stay. We have read several reviews that mentioned an issue with ants but we didn’t see any. Great location right on the beach and central on the island. Having an amazing bakery across the street was a welcome surprise. We will definitely be back.

This is a great Condo to stay in. We were there for a month. Its close to everything. Easy driving anywhere from this location.The King bed is probably one of the most comfy we have ever slept in. Lots of towels, and had all the beach accessories, chairs, umbrella, coolers ect. Grass area and pool kept very organized and clean. Couple items I think need to be updated. Condo has a icemaker in the freezer but it's broken. Making ice everyday is a pain and the ice trays had holes so made the freezer icy. The oven/stove is very old. Took over 25 minutes for the oven to heat up. The stove has been wiped down so many time you can't see any numbers so you don't know if you are on high or low for the burners. There were no cleaning products at all in the condo. I called and left a message with the management company but never heard back from them. Overall experience was very positive and would stay at this location again.

We loved this condo! It was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked the way that it should. The views were incredible and it did not feel crowded at the resort. We also loved the central location on the island. We would definitely recommend this and come back to it!

Have stayed at Kihei Beach Resort multiple times. Love this location, all condos are ocean front. Condo vary in decor as each are individually own.

We have stayed at this property for the past 15 years. The views are all ocean front, central air, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoy staying here. ABC, Farm Market, Bakery, Shaved Ice all across the road. This location is fairly quiet. We were disappointed this year as they had a flood that closed the main lobby where we use to have coffee with other guests, was a very fun part of saying there. (Can not control the weather!). They have a beautiful lawn area at the edge of the beach with lots of lawn chairs. Fun to sit out and watch the whales!

Cristina and Sherry customer service were exceptional!
Could not beat the location, right on the beach. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay at Kihei Beach Resort. Loved that the pool and beach were only steps away. The unit was spacious and well equipped. We have found our new favourite place to stay and will be staying again on our next trip!! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and stocked with all the essentials (with the exception of only having 4 forks) We really enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the ocean, well maintained pool and grass area. My only complaint would be the noisy construction which was taking place on the unit below us. Hearing hammers, saws and some type of grinder throughout the day nearly every day of our 9 day stay was a bit disappointing. Overall great condo.

The only negative was that we had to spray the kitchen to get of ants. The condo and location were fantastic. Great beach access.

A beautiful Condo on the beach. A great location. The only compliant would be the sleeper sofa. Not very comfortable. Overall a good value.

After being moved from another unit to this unit. I want to say that myself and my wife were satisfied with this rental. We had more room and location was just as nice as previous one. We were also thankful to staff that help with our situation.

Our five days in Maui staying at the Kihei Beach Resort were wonderful. The unit was perfect for us and right on the beach. The kitchen was great when we weren’t eating out. The location was convenient to the airport and the main activities we did. The plaza across the street has an ABC store and shave ice. Also across the street was a nice neighborhood for running/walking off the Main Street. The canoe club next door was active and entertaining to observe. Nearby was a shop for water sport rentals. We had a WiFi issue on the second day which the management company fixed the same day. Thank you Cristina! This property was a good fit for our Maui visit and is highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was some issue when we tried to check in, but the staff helped us. The condo was perfect with our two kids as there was separate beds in the second room and a nice king size bed in our room. The balcony was overlooking the pool so kids could swim while we sat on the balcony, and the ocean was right there! It was close to everything we needed but quiet and not crowded. We hope to stay here again!

We love Kihei Beach Resort. This was our second stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The only downside was that the master bedroom mattress should be upgraded, as it was uncomfortable. Loud, local kids, who were not guests of the resort ruined the pool experience, as they were behaving in a way that we did not want our young kids to be around. We would leave the pool area and close the foot to the lanai. Even after the property manager told them to leave, they continued to come back. This could be solved by locking both gates to the pool and requiring a code on both gates instead of just one. We love staying in Kihei because of its central location and Kihei beach resort is small, quite, and on the beach, right where we love to be.

We had a wonderful time! The 2nd floor condo was beautiful, fully updated, and very clean. The view from the balcony was stunning! We’d definitely stay here again!
