The comfortable living room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, while ceiling fans throughout the condo help keep the space cool and cozy. The bedroom features two queen-size beds with comfortable linens and pillows, making it an inviting place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The bathroom includes a convenient shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, including full-size appliances and essential cookware and utensils. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable.
Step outside onto the lanai and take in the peaceful surroundings, ocean views, and beautiful Maui sunsets. During the winter months, from approximately mid-December through mid-April, the lanai is also a wonderful place to watch for humpback whales as they return to Maui's waters.
Guests have the convenience of covered parking in lower garage stall #608, with elevator access from the lower garage directly to the sixth floor.

Overall, we were happy with this accommodation. The property is in a nice location with an uncrowded roadside beach to the north. It is not a luxury hotel as the building is older, but had a friendly non-pretentious vibe. Pros: Oceanfront, private Lani overlooking a nice grassy area. Lots of mirrors to make the unit feel more spacious. Cons: Loud traffic noise from the road even with windows shut.
Only one AC unit in living room so bedroom is hard to cool. Missing window covering in bedroom. Poor management support. No indoor dining furniture. Tips: Ask for AC to be turned on prior to arrival. Their policy is to leave it off when vacant, so the unit was unbearably hot when we arrived in the evening. Use outdoor BBQ grills. Nice set up and other residents are very friendly.
