Great view! We just wanted to sit on the lanai and listen to the waves. There's an elevator right next door. Spacious up-to-date bathroom. Kitchen has a lot of tools and baggies and spices. It has a W/D and dishwasher. But the view...!

Everything was great. Good accommodation for relaxing as well as exploring and excursions. Ocean and pool were very comfortable. Property manager available on premises but not intrusive. Room 403 met all expectations. We like the secluded feel of these condos.

Once again, we had a very relaxing stay at Kealia. The unit was nicely updated and very clean and comfortable. At Kealia, we especially enjoy the very nice lawns and the nearness of the beach and the noise of the waves. All in all, a very nice getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was outdated and too much furniture in it. The bed was super hard and the pillows needed to be replaced. Also my husband used the swifter on the floor, only there 2 days and it was pretty dirty. The location of the property is amazing, the grounds were kept up everyday. The condo needs lots of work inside, a new air conditioner in front room and one in the bedroom would of be idea. it was very loud and hard to sleep at night. The pictures of the condo really didn't show how outdated it is. I think once they do upgrades to the inside of the condo it will be much nicer and really enjoyable. Thank-you.

Condo was comfortable and had a great ocean view. The area was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with supplies for the days we decided to eat in. Upon arrival the unit was to access and clean. My only concern was there were ants, but we kept all food in the refrigerator which helped.

Condo exactly as described and pictured. Very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Loved having the little washer/dryer available. Very centrally located, just as easy to go north beaches as south, we enjoyed both. Beach in front is beautiful and we walked every morning. The path down to the beach and the shower at the top are great. Never needed the AC unit in the condo, slept well with the ceiling fans on and windows open. We came in late, and left early and never needed to engage with property management. Everything we needed was easily at hand. Was very happy with the shady underground parking for this unit. We very much enjoyed the aquarium just up the road at the harbor. We also took a snorkeling excursion on Trilogy, which was top notch and their food was great. I dropped a star on the location for two reasons, we had high wind warnings several days in a row, and the property is in no way protected from the wind, when other places the wind was not as noticeable. Also, there was quite a bit of noise. Lots of sirens from the road and in this particular unit noise from the pool and the lawn. Didn't bother us too much, and always quieted down by 7pm or so. Just not 5 star.

The apartment is perfect for a couple, kitchen was fully stocked, clean, lots of towels and items for a beach day, amazing views. Beach access was awesome and nice BBQ area by the water. The building is quiet and the location is central to everything the island has to offer. Everything about this place is better than you can expect from the pictures! We will definitely stay here again.

My husband & I just spend an amazing week in condo 403 @ Kealia Resort. This is a PERFECT condo for R&R! Everything you need is included-plenty of towels, extra bedding, beach chairs and umbrellas, covered assigned parking and A WASHER & DRYER!! The view from the 4th floor lanai was captivating, steps from the pool and beach. The only complaint was that the AC struggled to keep the bedroom cool since it is located in the living area. We bought a standing fan from WalMart and left it in the condo. By placing the fan in the hallway, the bedroom was much more comfortable. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at the Kealia Resort. The apartment is super clean and has all the amenities needed. The bed is very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with coffee machine. The view is fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place. Hope to return again!

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was clean & well maintained. It was in a convenient location for us. We had very little contact with the property management, so that would be good thing. Here's a few nits:
There is literaly no cupboard space for groceries. They had to sit on the counter.
There were five remotes in a basket, but no instructions on how to use the TV. We followed HDMI cables and figured some things out and were able to watch some of the Olympics.
The instructions for the washer and dryer did not match the appliances. If an owner wants guests to treat equipment well, the instructions should be up-to-date.
There was no laundry detergent supplied. We had to buy our own.
The straps on the beach chairs were broken, making it difficult to carry them to the beach.

We loved our stay in Kealia 403. This was our 5th trip to Maui and one of the best condos we've stayed at. We appreciated the designated garage parking, the cleanliness of the condo, and how well stocked the condo was too.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, however beds are such a personal preference thing that I don't hold that against the condo or stay here.

The beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels, cooler, etc. sure were nice additions to this condo! The kitchen was well stocked too, and I appreciated having access to basic cleaning supplies (vacuum,broom) so that I could tidy the condo as needed (I'm a clean freak). The view from the condo was fabulous! We also enjoyed the pool, the beautiful beach, and even swimming in the ocean in front of the condo. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful property. The description was very accurate and property even more beautiful than we imagined. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Everything was new inside and you had lots of stuff for us to take to the beach so we really appreciated that as well. We loved the secluded beach. We loved the BBQ's outside. Everyone that stays there or lives there was extremely friendly. Very close to town and lots of restaurants. We even loved the awesome pool. I really miss our breakfasts on the lanai. Mahalo for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again next year.

The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. It has everything you need from beach chairs and snorkel gear to kitchen utensils and laundry detergent. The view was spectacular and the location on Sugar Beach is perfect. We loved being able to keep all the windows open to enjoy the light breeze and sound of the ocean.
