Kealia Resort 309

Christina and Sherry are friendly and responsive to guests’ questions and requests. Location is good as it’s next to beach and 17 minutes to the airport. It has its own parking which is convenient. However, it’s very noisy due to heavy traffic even in the early morning.

Kealia Resort is always a favorite. Being in N. Kihei it provides easy access to Lahaina and Kahului without all the Kihei traffic. The Resort is extremely quiet, well maintained and gorgeous beaches to roam. I highly recommend this property and if only 1 or 2 people this unit is beautiful!

This was an awesome place to stay. We didn't need a big condo for just my daughter and I. We loved how it was close to the ocean and the beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting in the lawn chairs and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

We had a great stay in #309. We didn't hear our neighbors next door, above, or below. I love that the unit is a corner unit and that you can hear the waves crashing when the lanai door is open. You do get some road noise but it's not overpowering. The unit was a clean, bed was firm and comfortable, and amenities were adequate. The grounds were clean and maintained, loved the pool and the yard overlooking the water. Proximity is central to just about anything on the island. We loved that we weren't isolated to one corner of the island. Everything was within a 30-40 minute drive. It was a great stay, we would happily come back and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as always. The only problem we experienced with this unit was ants. We kept all food in the refrigerator and kept a tidy stay in this unit and even after being sprayed for ants we had a problem. The on-site maintenance manager was awesome. We always saw him out working even on the 4th of July. He really makes sure the place is taken care of.

This was a great stay for me. Lots of peace and quiet and the sound of the waves rushing into the shoreline. Loved the remodas well as the amenities it had to offer for going to the beach.

The studio apartment provided just about everything we needed. It was well equipped in the kitchen and with beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels, and umbrellas. The only notable negative is this unit's proximity to the busy road that runs by the property. There was constant noise from the road and we needed to close up the windows and sliding door at night. On the plus side, the AC unit worked great.

This condo was even better than I could have hoped! We were in #309 and it was clean, cute, and had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, down to the aloe for sunburns. We loved that it was just a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the main Kihei strip, very peaceful but super easy and quick to get to anywhere. 15-20 minutes to our fave beaches (Kam 1 & Ulua) and gives you a head start (over the west side) for Road to Hana and Haleakala. Sherry was friendly and available. We just left yesterday and can’t wait to go back! Mahalo Kealia resort!

Overall, my stayed there was good except for the street noise from the cars. the room that I stayed in was very closed to the street.

Our condo was a perfect place to get away for 10 days. All
Communications with the rental company were detailed and easy to follow. Everything about the condo was great. If I had any negative feedback, it would just be that the couch had a faint unpleasant odor but it probably just needs to be cleaned. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My experience was fantastic. The place looked exactly as the pictures. The TV was perfect, comfy bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer were also wonderful additions. And I can’t forget the stunning view right outside on the porch.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind look no further. This is a winner for sure. The beach is literally a stones throw from the unit. It's also a 10 minute drive to restaurants/bars/shopping. Also the room was clean and management was very friendly and attentive.
