Kealia Resort 101

This property was exactly what we wanted- close proximity to family, beachfront, affordability and perfectly appointed with all the things we could ever need!! We will be sharing this listing with family and friends and definitely returning!!

Great ground floor, poolside suite, steps from the beach.. and bbq pit ( sunset happy hour everyday), great parking spot, true Hawaiian decor, in a fantastic building. Not a busy vibe, in true Maui style, can’t wait to stay here again

We really enjoyed staying there. The kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of equipment and utensils, and there extras in the room too like boogie boards and coolers!

15 days in paradise with my son's wedding in the middle. Plus many family and lots of friendly people. Can't get better than that.

The property description is accurate. The location is perfect with a long beach ideal for walking.
I would recommend this property as it is very well maintained and comfortable. I would also not hesitate to book this unit again. Although it is on the ground floor, the unit is extremely private.

Had a great time at Kalea Resort unit 101. It is beautifully finished and furnished. Loved the view from the living/dining area of the ocean and beach and the swimming pool area. Equipped with everything you could need.

Great location -- mere steps from the not-very-busy beach. Kihei is a lovely little town -- very low key and not terribly resort-y with several good restaurants. There's a wonderful bakery walking distance along the beach from the property. The unit itself was perfect for us two. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen (there was even an air fryer!) and a great view from the patio. We would definitely stay again!

Always an amazing stay in 101. The owners are constantly updating and improving the condo. Well stocked with kitchen items, nice dishes and glasses, lots of baking dishes. The patio table and chairs are getting to the stage of needing to be replaced. Sherry the onsite manager is amazing and takes care of any concerns immediately.

We had a wonderful time in this property. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach to watch Whales in February right from the front of the property. Please was perfect for the two of us.

I was lucky enough to enjoy this condo for 4 weeks. It had everything I needed, it was very clean and so warm and inviting. The views are amazing! Right on the beach and you step out onto your lanai with easy access to the pool and beach. I have stayed in Maui a few times a year for many years and this is my favorite spot of all!

We loved our stay in this nicely outfitted condo just steps away from the pool and the soft, sandy beach. It's perfect for 2 people; I think it would be tight for 3. But many full wall mirrors and windows bring in lots of light and help the small unit feel spacious and airy. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality of linens and towels is high, and it was nice surprise to find available snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles, and boogie boards in the closet for use!

I'd go back to this unit again. Only disappointment was there didn't seem to be an exterior light for the lanai, so couldn't sit outside after dark.

This was our 6 th stay in 101! Everything was great! The grounds are kept beautifully and we enjoyed time here with family. This was the first time the smell from the pond was unpleasant for a few days, but all was well in the end . We hope to be back next year !

We checked in over memorial weekend, so there wasn’t really anyone available to assist with any questions or parking passes. But that didn’t really matter too much to us. As long as they were happy we were happy. I’m very familiar with this building, as I used to live here about 20 years ago. I loved the ground floor! No elevators or stairs! So nice to just walk right out to the pool or beach.

Staying in unit 101 is my most favourite place to be. Nicely updated and the view is Beautiful. New bed, new dishwasher and comfy furniture. We have been staying at the Kealia Resort since 2002, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Sherry in the office is TopNotch and will attend to any concerns quickly and with Aloha. If you have never stayed at the Kealia Resort, you are missing a wonderful place in Paradise.

This rental unit was very clean. It was very close to the pool and ocean. We had everything we needed. Would most definitely book again for our next trip to Maui.

We had an amazing time in Maui. We really enjoyed the Condo. Right on the beach. Sherry and Cristina were amazing. They kept us update to date and let us know well in advance if there were any issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Close to the shopping and restaurants without being right in the middle of the businesses. The ocean view was great. Condo was equipped with everything we could have wanted and more.

We loved our stay here for our honeymoon. You have the most perfect view and it’s on the beach! Definitely would recommend this condo since it was a good location to visit all the nearby towns! AC was the only struggle, but had so many fans provided, so wasn’t a real
Problem!

Kealia 101 has always been our favourite unit to rent, located just steps from the beach. The owners have recently upgraded the furniture and the bed, linens and towels, beach chairs. The washer & dryer are due to be replaced as I had issues with it wrecking several articles of clothing,Sherry from the office was great to get a appliance guy in but the wait for new units is three weeks, typical with island delivery, so hoping there will be no issues next year. Dishwasher gave some problems but again Sherry had it addressed quickly. Norma Jean keeps the pool and grounds spotless and always has a quick smile and say Aloha. Sherry and Norma Jean addressed every issue quickly and professionally, these women are the reason this building is our favourite place to holiday. We are so looking forward to our return trip to 101 in 2023.

The apartment was charming and there was everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. The pool is quite small, though. Location bit far away from restaurants and shops.
